1. Software Services

For custom software development and consulting services, once the work has been completed or the project has progressed significantly, we do not offer refunds. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If we fail to meet the agreed-upon service level as outlined in the contract.
  • If the project is canceled before work begins and within the allowed cancellation window.

2. Services Purchase

If you purchase software services or licenses from Quartz Solution and are dissatisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
